Love Badminton Terms of Use

Love Badminton provides badminton video importing, playback, automatic editing, rally detection, highlight organization, AI analysis, exporting, and sharing. Some features run locally on your device. When online computing is required, the app uploads a prepared video copy through the visible processing flow. We may add, change, or discontinue features as technology and user needs evolve, with advance notice where required by law.

You must have the legal capacity required to accept these Terms. Minors may use the service only under the guidance of a parent or guardian who has reviewed and accepted these Terms. Consider your health and fitness before training, and consult a doctor or qualified coach when appropriate.

You may import, upload, analyze, export, or share only content that you own or are fully authorized to use, including permission from people shown in the recording. Avoid recording unrelated people, private locations, minors, or sensitive scenes whenever possible.

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your videos, notes, and feedback. You grant Love Badminton only the limited, non-exclusive, revocable rights necessary to perform the analysis, storage, export, sharing, and recovery actions you request. We will not use uploaded videos to train a general-purpose AI model unless we clearly explain that use and obtain separate consent.

You must not use Love Badminton for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, violent, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate content. Do not violate intellectual property, image, privacy, or other rights; attack the service; bypass security or usage controls; automate abusive requests; interfere with others; or exploit defects for improper benefit. Unless permitted by law or written authorization, do not reverse engineer, decompile, or defeat technical safeguards.

The current version may include a duration of video analysis time and may add time after a valid share or accepted feedback. Reward minutes, eligible channels, regions, review, and completion requirements are governed by the rules shown in the app at that time. Fake shares, automation, repeated abuse, or other manipulation do not earn rewards, and mistakenly issued time may be reversed. The iOS share sheet and social platforms are operated by third parties; we cannot guarantee that a third-party post succeeds or that any particular channel remains available.

The software, interface, icons, text, algorithms, models, trademarks, and other product materials in Love Badminton are protected by law. Except as needed for normal use, you may not copy, sell, rent, publicly distribute, or use them to develop a competing product without permission. These Terms do not transfer your lawful ownership of user content.

Rally detection, action classification, positioning, trajectories, score recognition, and training suggestions may be inaccurate because of camera angle, occlusion, lighting, device performance, network conditions, or model limitations. Results are for training reference only and are not medical advice, a health diagnosis, an official match decision, or a substitute for a professional coach. You are responsible for assessing exercise risks and for how you train or share results.

We take reasonable steps to keep the service secure and available, but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free service or compatibility with every video. Maintenance, network failure, device issues, third-party outages, force majeure, or legal changes may cause delay, interruption, or processing failure. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost expectations, or events beyond reasonable control. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

If you breach these Terms, threaten system security, or violate another person’s rights, we may restrict relevant jobs, remove unlawful content, or stop providing service. You may stop using the app and delete local projects at any time, and may contact us to request handling of server-side data.

We may update these Terms for product, legal, or security reasons. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by another reasonable method. Continued use after an update takes effect means that you accept the revised Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. If that fails, either party may bring the matter before a court with lawful jurisdiction. If one clause is invalid, the remaining clauses continue to apply.
